The Trek 3 compact mat is slightly shorter than standard camping mats at 160cm in length, but still provides insulation and comfort when camping. The mat packs down to a compact 25 x 13cm in size and weighs only 775g, making it great for backpacking, trekking and camping trips where you need to keep the size and weight of your equipment to a minimum.
Vango have given the mat a self-inflating design with a simple push-button valve for quick and easy inflation. The weight of the mat is reduced using 3cm foam with cut out sections, this reduces the weight of the mat while maintaining insulation and comfort. The new TrekEco® Fabric is made from recycled 50D polyester improving the eco credentials of this self inflating mat. It also has a non-slip base and upper to stop your mat and sleeping bag from sliding around during use. All materials used meet and exceed European REACH standards, ensuring safe use.
