The robust yet lightweight single layer technology creates an array of 181 Air Sprung Cells which are independent chambers which shape to your body’s contours without affecting the surrounding cells. The yellow 30/40D TPU laminated fabric has been designed to be extremely robust yet lightweight. For additional warmth this insulated mat provides two additional technologies over the uninsulated mat. Firstly the inside of the nylon ic oated in Exkin Platinum which reflects radiant heat back into the body. Then also inside the mat is Thermolite insulation which prevents convective heat transfer. Once inflated the mat is 5cm in depth and has an R-rating of 3.1. An integrated manual pump is built into the stuff sack to aid in inflation but to be honest the high flow rate valve makes it easy to deflate from your mouth!
