12 Month Warranty Key Points
- If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault in the first 30 days we offer a no-quibble exchange or refund
- After 30 days we will provide a professional repair of your product or exchange it for a new product if this is not possible
- If the product purchased has been discontinued by the manufacturer then we will endeavour to provide a replacement product of similar function and quality
- We may need to send the item to the original supplier to seek an independent and professional assessment; this process can take up to four weeks
- Our warranty applies to items purchased in the UK. To enable a repair or replacement we require the original product to be dropped off at a local UK DPD shop or be available for collection from a UK address.
