Liners are a great addition to your setup to reduce the need to clean your sleeping bag which can affect its performance. This polycotton model from Lifeventure is made from 80%polyester and 20% cotton and is lightweight and breathable.
The mummy shape design is 185cm long and then tapers down the length from 90cm to 56cm. For extra durability the seams of the liner are rolled and double stitched so its built to last. It weighs just 295 grams and could easily be fitted inside the stuff sack of your sleeping bag.
